Students Serve

The Apostle Paul said, "Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but to the interests of others." (Philippians 2:4 NIV) Teens are encouraged to serve in the church as well as outside, through area organizations and by personal opportunity.

Summer of Service is one way teens serve outside church. Students serve in our community at places like the Rescue Mission, Golden Years Homestead, or Woodburn Christian Children's home. They work alongside adults during our Day of Caring, and are encouraged to serve as volunteers in-house, serving in any ministry area where they feel called and are gifted to meet a need, making a difference in the lives of others by "seeing to their interests."
