Our student ministry exists to help middle and high school teens develop faith that's real, not just an ornament for show. Bible classes, youth group praise and worship times, special discipleship training classes, and weekday teen Bible studies work in concert to nurture maturing teens into strong young adult Christians.
Our teen involvement outreach programs include friendship evangelism, short-term mission trips, and community events such as concerts and coffeehouses.
|
| Student can bring their non-churched friends to these events to allow them to get to know us as a church and as a church family in an informal setting. These outreach events are great ways for teens to see old friends, meet new friends, have a great time, and do something that will have a lasting, positive impact in their lives and in the lives of others.
Building foundations to last a lifetime
We offer special fellowship events for the "hang time" teens need together to develop lifelong Christian friendships and cherished memories.
|
|
Off-site programs like CIY (Christ in Youth) and Believe conferences, camp at Lake James Christian Assembly, and discipleship retreats all bring teens to the mountaintop for unforgettable spiritual renewal so they can stand against the blasts they receive day-to-day.
Whether your teens hang out together in the teen center, our on-site youth activities area, or gather around a campfire, these are the times and places for them to build solid foundations of faith and friendship, foundations that will stand firm.

Mature Christian adults leading active lives
| Voyagers, for active, mature Christians |
|
. . . meets monthly for lunches and timely programs. But that's not all.
The Voyagers' Lunch Bunch and Breakfast Club fellowship together over meals at local restaurants, and they regularly tour popular restaurants throughout northeast Indiana.
In addition, special seasonal programs such as concerts, sneak previews of the Christmas Walk Through and our Easter pageant, and retreats just for seniors–to name only a few–make this a group whose membership requirement may be not only their silver age, but also the possession of a calendar with large squares on which to write lots of events.
| Joining a Small Group Bible Study brings us together to remember favorite Bible stories! |
|
 |
We have “experience” in the power of prayer! |
Finally, the Voyager shepherding program provides a way for the group to keep tabs on each other in ministry. Voyagers are paired with other adults in our church family who may need special attention, occasional help, or transportation. They help each other maintain independence and provide a caring “safety net” for one another.
If you would like to get involved in our Voyager program, call the church office or come to their next monthly meeting.
